We used the search term \u201cmultimorbidity\u201d, but also its variant \u201cmulti-morbidity\u201d and the expression \u201cmultiple chronic diseases\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>As in our previous posting covering the May \u2013 August 2012 period, we found many new papers on multimorbidity published from September to December. As the number of publications in the list is too long for this venue, a PDF file can be accessed following this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usherbrooke.ca\/crmcspl\/fileadmin\/sites\/crmcspl\/documents\/Multimorbidity_publications_September_December_2012.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All references are also included in our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usherbrooke.ca\/crmcspl\/fileadmin\/sites\/crmcspl\/documents\/Publications_on_multimorbidity_01.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">library<\/a>.
