As in previous searches, we have prepared a PDF file that can be accessed following this <a href=\"https:\/\/edd04125-529b-47ea-bfc9-8fb69d475b4f.usrfiles.com\/ugd\/edd041_837733dd77e74cad9365561b2da3238e.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"link (opens in a new tab)\">link<\/a>. <br> Probably, there are some publications that were not detected by our search strategy using the terms \u201cmultimorbidity\u201d, \u201cmulti-morbidity\u201d and the expressions \u201cmultiple chronic diseases\u201d  and \u201cmultiple long-term conditions\u201d in PubMed (https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed), but we are sure that most publications on the subject are included in the list.<br> All references are also included in our <a href=\"https:\/\/edd04125-529b-47ea-bfc9-8fb69d475b4f.usrfiles.com\/ugd\/edd041_7d8aecb43d6f4e408f4d2b665f61c11e.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"library (opens in a new tab)\">library<\/a>.
