As in previous searches, we have prepared a PDF file that can be accessed following this <a href=\"https:\/\/edd04125-529b-47ea-bfc9-8fb69d475b4f.usrfiles.com\/ugd\/edd041_d0fdcf15a75d47b8a7ed35a19ca0a0a4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">link.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probably, there are some publications that were not detected by our search strategy using the terms \u201cmultimorbidity\u201d, \u201cmulti-morbidity\u201d and the expressions \u201cmultiple chronic diseases\u201d and \u201cmultiple long-term conditions\u201d in PubMed (https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed), but we are sure that most publications on the subject are included in the list. All references are also included in our <a href=\"https:\/\/edd04125-529b-47ea-bfc9-8fb69d475b4f.usrfiles.com\/ugd\/edd041_768f50392fba43b393450445bdfa31c9.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">library<\/a>.
